It has been a while since my last post here. It has been a crazy journey since the dual-burr grinder idea in 2020. I'm sure Levent knows this well, here I would like to say thank you for all the help, the knowledge you shared with me, and valuable feedback.
MOMENTEM is not just another fancy hand grinder with sharp burrs and a sleek body. MOMENTEM™ is a call-to-action for the manual grinding industry to realize the potential of coffee engineering innovation. We can achieve so much more than modest improvements in burr technology and share these incredible innovations with coffee lovers everywhere.
We will be live on Indiegogo at 3:00 PM, we hope coffee fanatics in Turkey could support us, back the project, or spared the word and help us bring MOMENTEM to life. I know that for many coffee people, this isn't a cheap grinder, but we aim for the best design, quality and performance. Can you imagine MOMENTEM has 105 parts? and we managed to combine everything into a slim beautiful body and make it only 0.9KG?
