This campaign has been a huge success, and our design has been recognized and supported by coffee lovers. Can you imagine? We have backers from 92 countries and regions and the backers are ( almost all over this planet). We even break the crowdfunding record for this category!
This makes us believe that good design and professional dedication can break geographical limitations and cross cultural differences. We will continue to face the challenges of the upcoming production tasks. However, facing such a large-scale global shipment for the first time, we have been struggling with shipping to different countries and regions, as well as shipping costs and taxes.
Regarding shipping: Facing backers from all over the world, we are both surprised and delighted, but also feel worried about our limited worldwide shipping experience. We spent a lot of time researching shipping channels and try to find the best ways to ship to all regions. Unlike ordinary electric grinders on the market, we use very sturdy all-metal materials and components, with the 064 model weighing close to 8KG(GW) and the 078 model weighing close to 10KG (GW), which greatly increases logistics costs. Fortunately, we can easily deliver to most countries and regions. However, after research, we found that shipping costs in some countries like South America, the Middle East, and other special regions have reached more than 300USD per unit! But no matter where you are in the world, we will deliver the product to your hands because we hope that everyone can enjoy the ultimate experience brought by TIMEMORE coffee equipment, and we wish you can tolerate our service shortcomings. We will do our best to ship as much as possible. Unless we find out later that your postal code cannot be delivered by logistics or that shipment is restricted due to local laws and regulations, we will provide a refund.
Regarding taxes: Most of our tax-inclusive channels involve shipping the products to the country. However, some countries and regions do not have such overseas warehouse service providers, so you may need to pay taxes on your own. Please provide us with the official invoiceif you pay taxes(usually 20%-50%) when receiving the products, and we will reimburse you.

İşte biz de gelbura üzerinden bir sistem oluşturulursa iyi olacak çünkü gümrük işlemleri 150 euro üzeri oldukça külfetli.
Bir de her şeyi hallettik diyelim. Total faturayı bir şekilde attık. Ne yapacak Timemore ibana para mı atacak? Valla bilmiyorum bu işleri.

Bireysel gümrükte %100 oranında vergi+gider çıkar bu ürüne. Adamlar üstüne kargo ücreti de vermiş olacak. Yani ürünü alalım diye üstüne para vermiş olacaklar. Böyle bir şey olabilir mi? Türkiyeye tek yol distribütör üzerinden dağıtımını sağlamak. Eğer olmazsa iptal etmeleri
Anladığım kadarıyla öyle diyor zaten warehouse olarak tabir ettiği depolarda bu işin çözüldüğünü ama bazı ülkelerde sistem çalışmaz ise bireysel teslim alırda vergi ödersiniz bu durumda faturayı ibraz edip bize bildirin gibisinden Bi yazı yazmışlar
Bende öyle düşünüyorum açıkçası. Piyasada yer edinmeye çalışan bir firma birsürü ürünü var. Sağlam bir destek topladı. Başarısızlık ile sonuçlanan bir kampanya diye bir reklam olmasını istemezler. Sırf bu yüzden bile Bi çok ülkede zarar etmeyi seçmiş olabilirler. Kaldı ki 5 milyonluk ürünün getirdiği reklam ile zaten karlı satışlar yapmaya yollarıda açılır. Görelim bakalım zaman ne gösterir

Merhaba,
Evet yazılanlar doğru. Türkiye vergilerini anlattık ve çok yüksek olduğu gerceğiyle karşılaştılar birazda şaşırdılar. Çünkü resmi ithalatta uzak doğu ülkelerine en yüksek vergi bizde. Türkiye deki alıcılara bizim üzerimizden gemi yoluyla ulaştıracaklar ve çıkan vergiyi ödeyeceklerini taahhüt ettiler. Bir aksilik çıkmaz ise ürünler bize gelecek ve gümrük işlemleri sonrası stoklara çekilecek sonrasında alıcılara kargolanacak son durum bu şekilde.
